Photograph of Winifred Snow, sister of Bonnie Snow in graduation cap and gown taken by Sol Young photography studios. Winifred Graduated from Columbia University with a Masters in Education in 1899. Photograph is double matted, with logo of photograph on matte. Photograph is in a folder with protective tissue and logo of photo studio on front cover of folder (2 copies).
Sol (omon) Young (1865-1921) operated several successful photography studios in the early 20th century. He opened his first studio in 1893 with his wife in 1893, near Union Square in New York City. By 1915, he operated at least 7 studios in New York and one in Connecticut. Wiinifred Snow died in 1911.Collection
