Message reads: "Received the pictures. They are very good. From the way Ethel talks I guess you will be here soon. Would like very much to see your Father and Mother down this way Easter."
Located on the north side of Church Street, now the Community Gardens--the Parish Hall was constructed in 1898. For many years it served as the town's meeting hall. Many people believed it belonged to the town. The building was sold in 1921, but repurchased in 1922 and moved across the street & attached to the west end (rear) of the church.Collection
