Red-framed document written entirely in Latin for Fran Land, apparently for her service on behalf of the historic preservation commission. The paper on which the tribute was printed is a very light, creamy gray and is textured. The document appears to be hand-lettered and in like-new condition. Signatures on the bottom of the document are: Vaclav E. Benes, Vesta V. McLean, Richard R. Howe, Rita T. Horowitz, Jane S. Pollack, Paul L. ???????, W. Owen Lampe, Barbara J. Mitnick, ?? R. ???.
