Unidentified House- Possibly Margaret Hooley Campbell Home on Taylor Street in Millburn, c. 1900

Description

Ca. 1900 (and certainly pre-1907) real-photo postcard of an unidentified residence and man in front of it. As the postcard was part of a donation of photos of the family of Margaret Hooley Campbell, the presumption is the house may be her ancestor's house on Taylor Street in Millburn. Their family home was the first house on the left side of Taylor Street, as you turn onto it from Spring Street. The house was demolished about 2018-2019 and an indoor swimming pool facility, SwimQuest, was built on the site. The sepia postcard is postally unused and the photo is faded. Edges are slightly worn and corners are slightly bumped. The lower right corner of the front of the card, along the right edge, has a ca. 1/8" ink mark 1/8" up from the bottom of the card.
