Two 1950 receipts from Sal's Gulf Service Station at the corner of Main and Essex Streets. Salvatore Sammartino, owner/operator of the gas/service station was related to the two Sammartino sisters from whose home on Orchard Street these receipts came. The yellow receipt appears to be undamaged and the white receipt has only faint browning on the left edge on the front of the receipt and a couple of very faint tan spots, one on the name at the top and one on the "No. 1740" at the bottom left. The enveloope is postally unused and empty.Acquisition
