No dust jacket; hard cover is sandy-yellow; spine slightly discolored and has light dirt marks. Pages generally clean and tight; page 67 has fingerprints. Illustrated with engaging b/w sketches and some b/w photos (of Short Hills homes/gardens?).Acquisition
