Description

Owned by Julius and Charles Wittkop, the bar was located inside the Vauxhall Inn. The building had been the home of Israel D. Condit before conversion to an Inn. In the mid 1930's the building was demolished and a Woolworth's 5 & 10 store occupied the site. Now it is the building in which Goldberg's Famous Deli is located (325 Millburn Avenue). One of approximated 400 small photographs contained in the 1906 photo album donated by Mrs. Riker, a Lonergan relative. Many were reproduced in the 1957 Centennial Book. Note: This is one of the 2 larger photographs in the album.
