Description

This pamphlet was made by the Short Hills Country day school to raise funds for a new school. The private school, which was founded by Stewart Hartshorn, had reached maximum capacity and needed to expand. The pamphlet outlines the plans for a new school building to be located on a 34-acre site on White Oak Ridge Road to house up to 300 students from pre-school to 9th grade, with the potential to expand to 12th grade in the future. The initial building project was to be completed in late 1961 or early 1962. 20 pp., illustrated with B&W photographs and architectural plans.
