Description

One of the original Hartshorn Estate, Inc. houses (unnumbered). Houses in the French Renaissance Revival style are symmetrically formal and usually of stucco. This house has floor-to-ceiling windows on the first floor and elongated windows on the second story opening to a wrought iron balcony across the entire facade. The roof is in red clay tile. Original owner was E.M. Schreiber. Sold in 1917 to Ira Jones.
