Dr. David Eugene English (c. 1857-1929)was born c. 1857 at Liberty Corner, Bernard Twp., Somerset County, NJ. He was the son of Reverend James Theodore English and Mary Elizabeth Jobs. David married Margaret Jane Caparn, daughter of Thomas John Caparn and Ann Elizabeth Price, c. 1891.
