Press photograph from the derailment of a Delaware, Lackawanna and Western Railroad Milk Truck from August 17, 1941. According to the caption: Fireman killed in Train Crash, Millburn, NJ. "The fireman of this engine was killed and the engineer was injured when it was derailed last night west of the Millburn passenger station. The fireman who lost his life was Leonard Pratt, of Morristown, NJ. He was killed instantly. Engineer Henry Sullivan of Jersey City was removed to Irvington General Hospital with undetermined injuries. The wreckage of the train was strewn over a three-track right-of-way and tied up traffic completely for hours."
