1st Place: Mr. Calvin Tompkins on Lower Cypress Street
2nd Place: Mr J. Walter Davis on Upper Elm Street
3rd Place: Major Herbert E. Shreeve on Upper Grand Street
Judged on placing of the house, laying out road and paths, grading and planting, and care given to maintenance.
