Marshall Family watching bike race in front of the house at on Millburn Avenue, between Wyoming and Myrtle Avenues (187 Millburn Avenue). The house was built by a descendant of Colonel Aaron Hand and later became part of the Whittingham Estate (family owned most of South Mountain Estates). Walton Condit and Elizabeth R. Whittingham moved to the house, which they called "Boxwood," in 1883. Later site of Lord & Taylor, then Fresh Fields and Home Place. In 2022, site of CVS & Trader Joes.
