Description

Hartshorn House # 58. House was originally the Baquet Institute for Young Ladies, a private Episcopal Girl's School A porte-cochere is a porch large enough for a wheeled vehicle to pass through. Many Short Hills Park houses had porte-cocheres or carriage entrances, but over the years most have disappeared.
