Letter addressed to Ruth Callbeck Gray at Neighborhood House informing Gray that her application for a license to practice Nursing in New York State had been approved. Ruth Theresa Callbeck Gray was a director of the Visiting Nurse Association in Millburn and Health Officer for the Department of Health Education and Welfare. She took over the role of Health Officer from Bessie Bosworth.
Ruth Gray played an important role in furthering the Neighborhood House mission and promoting health in Millburn.
