Letter written by Robert W. Maust, President of the Wyoming Civic Association to Alonzo Church, Secretary of the Essex County Park Commission dated June 5, 1917. Maust wanted to set up a meeting to discuss visitors to the Essex County Park trespassing through private property in Wyoming to enter the Park. He proposed adequate entrances, drinking fountains, and toilet facilities.
