Men's decorative suit accessory. A thin silk belt platted like a cummerbund with a 3 hook and eye closure at the back. Belt has a cotton lining that matches in colour. Extending from the belt are two wide straps made of silk that appear to fit over the shoulders just beside the collar. Each strap has a plate towards the outside running the length of it. The centre of each strap has large lace pieces. Garment has a combination of machine and hand stitching. It is a cream colour.Collection
