Large, wooden 24" ruler mounted to white painted metal base (secured by screw). Base painted in red with "SINGER Skirt Marker". Clear plastic vial of white powder mounted with red plastic cap with spout to ruler. In red on plastic vial: "SINGER Marking Powder", "A trademark of singer manufacturing company" and singer logo. Metal spring supports long red plastic/rubber hose attached to red vial cap. Hose extends above vial mount over top of ruler to rest in cut-out on top and hang over the other side, ending in a red plastic/rubber bulb. Bulb can (theoretically) be squeezed to shoot horizontal short line of white marking powder onto skirt to be hemmed. Height of hem mark can (theoretically) be adjusted by moving vial mount up or down ruler.Collection
