Dress made for Annie Davis of Woodlawn Ontario. The dress was never worn. Two piece cream coloured dress with a dotted silk tulle and Battenburg lace embellishment with a silk ruffled underskirt. The dress was made by the bride to be. Ms. Davis became quite ill with measles prior to her wedding day. Her future husband went west without her, asking her to follow when her health returned. Ms. Davis did not follow him and remained single for the rest of her life.Collection
