Medal that is round, white with gold outline. Depicts the Dutch and Canadian flags and a globe. In gold written curved on the top "Thank You Canada" and on the bottom "1945". The medal has a red, white, and blue ribbon attached. The medal is stored in a white box that has "Holland" hand written in blue ink on the cover. This medal was awarded to Lawrence Spinks.
