Notes: This bottle went missing before it could be catalogued. The owner describes it as: "The glass bottle was quite large. It was at least 12 inches in diameter at the bottom and was at least 18 to 20 inches high in clear glass. The neck of the bottom was fairly small, perhaps 3inches across."
