Description

Metal cylinder, 24 cm high with a diameter of 2.5 cm, attached to a metal base, 1.5 cm high with a diameter of 11.5. Base is slightly concave and the rim is full of 1cm diameter circular holes. This looks like some part of a machine but without more information i cannot identify it.
