Box for Tensile tester. Black leather (real or faux) with two silver clasps on the front.
Label on top says "Electromatic Equipment Co., Inc. Check. Line [registered symbol] Measuring Instruments. 600 Oakland Avenue. Cedarhurst. NY. 11516 - USA. Tel. (516) 295-4300/Tlx 645561/Cable: ELECTRO". On the lower left side is another label with the numbers "4057" printed in red and "2/3" written in pen ink. The inside of the box is made of red felt with a depression to fit a tensile tester. The top inside of the box has red felt and a white elastic band, possibly to hold the booklet.
