Notice of Uncollected Taxes for Eugene O'Reilly of Almonte for the Town of Almonte for $26.60 against his buisnesses. It is signed by the Clerk of of the Municipailty; R.A. Jamieson. Transcription of artifact is follows: Notice of Uncollected Taxes CLERK’S OFFICE: MUNICIPALITY OF THE TOWN OF ALMONTE. Dec. 30 1927 TO Eugene O’Reilly Almonte PO. You are hereby notified that the Collector’s Roll for the Municipality of the Town of Almonte for the year 1927 has been returned to the Town Treasurer, and that taxes amounting to $26.60 remain unpaid against Business (Describe the property) for the reason that This tax, if rated against the lands, will be returned against the lands. These arrears must be paid at once to the Town Treasurer of Almonte. Ten per cent is added to all arrears of taxes on the First day of May in each year. All lands in arrears for three years are liable to be sold for taxes. Yours truly, R. A. Jamieson Clerk of the said Municipality D. C.
