Scope and Content

Receipt for a subscription to the Ottawa Valley Journal (Semi-weekly). The receipt was dated April 25 1906. The subcription was made out for the amount of $1. The subscription was to commence on July 01, 1906 and was to end July 01, 1907. There is a "Note Carefully" stamp on the reverse side of the receipt stating that the purpose of the receipt is to show the amount paid for the subscription and is to act as a reminder for when the subscription begins.
