Description

Red and black checked fabric was manufactured in the J.A. Humphrey & Son Woolen Mill in Moncton, New Brunswick which was managed by John D. Collie, a branch plant of the Collie Woolen Mill in Appleton ON. This fabric was in high demand by all who worked outdoors for it's warmth and durability in the 1970s. The pure wool cloth is one example of the many types of high quality fabrics produced in the Collie Mills.
