Letter from McGinnis & O'Connor LTD. to Fulton Brothers. Paperclip marks on both top right corner and on the back of the paper on back side of paper where it has been folded. Two fold lines where paper was folded in thirds. One is larger than the other as it was held there by a paper clip. Bottom edge of paper is folded.

Dear sirs :
We have received an estimate from the Department of highways in which we were allowed 8000 cubic yards of Granular Base material to the 15th of August and we are accordingly enclosing our cheque your favor for $720.00 in payment for the 8000 cubic yards of gravel at .09 $ per cubic yard in accordance with our arrangement with you.
This amount does not include the sand for concrete. We do not have a record of the sand at this office. However we will be in Almonte some day this week and secure this information. We will the pay you for the sand.
