Scope and Content

Receipt made by The Bank of Montreal to John Fulton on May 23 1909 stating that the sum of 154.30 $ must be paid to either the Bank of Montreal or (I could not read the name through the pencil writing over top.). It has many pin holes in the top left corner and both the bottom left corner and the whole right edge of the paper is folded over. There is a small hole in the center top. In red pencil 66-93 has been written on the center right hand side of the paper and on the upper left side something has been written in black pencil as well. The back of the paper has some names and numbers in black ink. Some have been scratched out. Those that i can read say : John Mc Leassie (not sure about Leassie) 28 1914
