Scope and Content

Receipt to Len Fulton from The North Lanark District Co-op for the sum of $5.60 from the puchase of : " 11 (leg?) Filters - $.75 1 Robin Hood Flour - $ 4.85". The receipt is printed in black ink and written on in pencil. There is some writting on the back of the receipt which appears to be an exact copy of the bottom part of the receipt written in the same spot in mirror image (backwards). The top left corner has been torn off. The paper has been folded in half, leaveing a fold mark and there is a small hole in the center top.
