Matte, black and white, white bordered, 14 by 8.5cm photograph of a man skiing. There is a second man in the background, as well as a snow covered building and a mountain with various trees. The foreground shows a snowy felid crisscrossed by ski tracks. Reverse of the photographic post card is set up like a traditional post card, with a blank space for text on the left hand side, a central text line printed in blue ink by the manufacturer that is unfortunately illegible, lines on the right hand side for an address to be printed on, and a square for a stamp in the top right hand corner. The stampmark is a box with a blue circle in the center with the initials [ S G] stamped in it. Beside the stamp box the following has been stamped on the paper in purple ink [ LESA 15 Cts ]
On the front of the photographic postcard (ie the photo side) the following text has been printed on the corner as part of the photograph :
[ 4427 Hornberg und Gifferhorn (2548m.)] I am assuming that this is referring to areas near Gstaad, Switzerland.Collection
