Letter from E. S. Clouston executor estate of the late E. H. King to say that Bennett Rosamond will be transferred 200 shares of the capital stock of the Rosamond Woolen Company. It also appointed James Rosamond to sell, assign, transfer and make over all and any part of the stock.
Transcription of artifact is as follows:
Know all Men by these presents,
That I, E.S. Clouston Executor Estate of the late E.H. King for calue Received have bargained, sold, assigned, and transferred, and by the presents do bargain, sell, assign and transfer unto Bennett Rosamond two hundred (200) Shares of the capital STOCK of the Rosamond Woolen Company standing in the estate’s name on the book of the said company represented by Certificate No.
And I do hereby constitute and appoint James Rosamond my true and lawful Attorney, IRREVOCABLY, for and in the name and stead of said estate to sell, assign, transfer and make over all and any part of the said stock, and for one or more persons with like full power, hereby ratifying and confirming all that the said Attorney or his substitute or substitutes shall lawfully do by virtue hereof.
