Declaration of Transmission.
I, the Honourable Donald A. Smith of the City of Montreal, acting by my attorney James Bissett, of the same place, hereunto duly authorized, declare as follows : -
That the late William Lucas Hardisty, in his lifetime of Lachime, in the province of Quebec, gentlemen, departed this life at Lachime aforesaid, on or about the sixteenth day of January last, leaving his last will and Testament, duly executed before witnesses on the fifth day of April, one thousand eight hundred and seventy nine, whereby he appointed myself and Sedley Blanchard, of Winnipeg, Barrister, the executors thereof : and that probate of the said Will has been duly granted.
That there are twenty five shares of the Capital stock of the Rosamond Woolen Company now standing in the Books of said company in the name of the said late William Lucas Hardisty, which shares the said executors are entitled to have registered in their names in the Books of the company in their

their qualities of Executor to the Estate of the said Deceased. Wherefore I, the said the Honourable Donald A. Smith , request that the said twenty five shares of the Capital Stock of the Rosamond Woolen Company be transferred to the said Sedley Blancahrd and myself in out said qualities of Executore and be so entered in the Registrar of share holders of the said Company.
In witness whereof I, the said the Honourable Donald A.Smith, acting by ny attorney aforesaid, have hereunto set my hand and seal , this fifteenth day of April, one thousand eight hundred and eighty one.
