A digital photograph that depicts a chalk message written on the Mill Street sidewalk during the COVID-19 pandemic. The chalk writing is in the foreground of the image, and reads "Stay HAPPY, #ForeverFriendly." There is a Cartoon like smile drawn to the right of "Stay Happy." Everything but the word "HAPPY" was written in a light-coloured (possibly orange or white) chalk; "HAPPY" is written in a light blue chalk. The sidewalk takes up about three quarters of the image, and a bike rack and some parts of the front of buildings can been seen along the sidewalk. Towards the top left of the image, the road is visible, and there are four cars parked along the edge of the road. There are some storefronts visible in the background of the image. There are some streetlights in the far back of the photograph. The image has been edited so that everything is black and white except for the yellow paint on the sidewalk edge and the chalk message.
