I keep asking for a sample of this but yet i haven't recieved anything from you. please advise when you will be sending this.
The 2nd/3rd sheets are peices of black carbon paper of the same size
the third sheet is pink paper, with green printed boxes aligning with the ones on the 1st page although not with the same lables. Message has been carbon copied onto this page.
All three pages are heald together at the base of their pages in the same way a receipt book is, likely by glue.Collection
