6 reciepts from Collie woollen mills to Maria Chiha, 7101 Park Ave, Montreal, Quebec; all from between May 5th and sept 27th 1983. Receipts are for various quantities of varous fabrics. Each consist of 3 pages;
1, 8.5 by 11" white graph page printed/ written on in black ink, with fabric type, quantity, order and ship date, etc on it.
2, Collie Woolen Mills Ltd Customer Confirmation form with adress of recipient, date, quantity and fabric ordered, etc. page is 5 by 11" and has Collie dog logo watermarked in cneter of page.
3, Collie Mills order information form, with fabric and quantity, customer information, prices, and date on it. Page is white, 8.5" square, printed on in black ink with Collie woolen mills Ltd printed on the top in black ink, writte on in black and blue and red ink.
pages are numbred 2016.01.21 A1,A2,A3 - F1,F2,F3
note, E and F have an extra receipt page from a classic reciept book, printed on and written on in blue ink, no information on it different from the other forms.
note, F has a peice of metal; small silver and thin which appears to have been from a notebook or binder of some kind, stuck to page3. It has left some rust marks on F4 and F3 pages.
Photographs are of F, the others are identical save for the final page, which is only present in E & F, as well as aforementioned peice of metalCollection
