2 Page letter from Monarch Knitting Co. Ltd. to Rosamond Woollen Co detailing measurments for varous orders of material. Both pages have a detailed logo of the Monarch Knitting Co. Ltd, including sketches of 3 of their factories. The corrispondence content itself is printed (typewritter) in blank ink that has faded to purple tones. These pages have been folded and due to this some small hols exist allong the center crease and at the top left corner of both pages. Transcription of the artifact is as follows: F. R. Gentlemen:- We are in receipt of your favour of June 3rd., and are mailing you enclosed herewith plan of the set of cards referred to in our correspondence. In reference to your several questions would say that the cylinders [“cylinders” may have originally been spelt “sylinders”] and strippers are wood, and style of Condensor is Ring Doffer.
