The Rosamond Woolen Co of Almonte on their six story stone gravelled roof woolen mill building about 160 x 59 feet including steam, water, and gas pipes and fixtures situated on Colmans Island in the village of Almonte Province of Ontario having the dye house 28 feet distant to the north west the office 60 feet distant to the south east, the Boiler house 21 feet distant to the south west , and being connected with the Dyehouse by a covered passageway on the ground and a bridge from the third story otherwise isolated and being heated with steam and lit with gas made from gasslines, two thousand Dollars ($ 2000 00) On fixed and movable machine , + Fixture. And apparatus. Tools Furniture and mill supplies therein, eight thousand Dollars ($ 8000 00) on stock raw, wrought, and in process and stock supplies therein six thousand dollars ($ 6000 00) on their stone gravel roof dyehouse and gas pipes & fixtures five Hundred dollars ($ 500 00 ) on fixed and movable machinery and fixtures apparatus tools furniture and mill supplies therein six hundred dollars.
