White Cotton Mutton Sleeved Lady's blouse from the 1800s (specific date to be determined through research, likely 1860s ) Owned by Double Baroness Isabelle Meincke out of Winnipeg. The Blouse is fitted at the back and pleated in 4 stripes down the front. The Cuffs are slightly warn and have some staining, but the lace trim on them is mostly intact. The buttons are not present on this blouse.Collection
