TRANSCRIBED VIDEO INTERVIEW - video found Interviewer: Terri Clarke Interview Date: July 6, 2013 Don’s father worked at the Rosamond Mill as a spinner for fifteen years; his brother also worked at Rosamond and Doug worked at the Collie mill with his brother. Both brothers were spinners. Don initially did not want to work at the mill and did not enjoy it, only staying 6-8 months. He talked about the union, layoffs, and community life.
