Known all men by these presents
That I John Turnbull Financial Agent of Montreal , Do hereby nominate constitute and appoint and by these presents have nominated constituted and appointed James Rosaomond Jr at Almonte true and lawful attorney for me , in my name and on my behalf to accept twenty five shares of the capital stock of the rosamond Woolen Company of Almonte ont Of one hundred dollars each , and to do all lawful acts which may be necessary to effect his premises hereof. Hereby ratifying and confirming and agreeing to ratify and confirm whatsoever may sed attorney shall do thernce.
In trust my hand and seal in Montreal this twenty sixth day of June one thousand eight hundred and ninety three.
