That I Richard B Anges
Of Montreal do hereby nominate constitute and appoint James Rosamond Jr Esq , Secretary of the Rosamond Woolen Company of Almonte, true and lawful attorney for me in my name and on my behalf to accept twenty five shares in the Capital stock of the Rosamond Woolen Company of Almonte of One hundred dollars each. And to do all lawful acts that may be necessary to effect the premises hereof
Hereby ratifying and confirming and agreeing to ratify and conference all that my said attorney shall do therein by virtue hereof Witness my hand and seal at Montreal this Twenty seventh day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight Hundred and eighty eight.
