This is to Certify that the Bank of Montreal of Montreal is the proprietor of three hundred and fifty ------------ fully paid up Shares of ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS each in the Capital Stock of THE ROSAMOND WOOLEN COMPANY, Almonte, Ontario, transferable only on the Books of the Company in person or by attorney upon the surrender of this Certificate.

Rosamond three hundred and fifty Shares of the Capital Stock of the ROSAMOND WOOLEN COMPANY of Almonte, Ontario, with power to nominate one or more persons under and to do all necessary acts to accomplish that purpose.
