Power of Attorny to Transfer
Know All men by these presents that I WIlliam Rosamond, Woollen Manufaturerer of Cobourg, Ontario, do make , constitute, and appoint Bennett Rosamond of Almonte, Woollen Manufacturere say true and lawful attorney , for me in my name, and on my behalf, to sell assign, and transfer one hundred shares in the capital stock of the Rosamond Woollen Company and to do all lawful acts requesite for effecting the premises ; hereby ratifying, and confirming all that my said attorney shall do therein, by virtue hereof. In Witness whereof , I have hereunto set my hand and seal at Cobourg this Twelfth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy five.
