Letter from Richard Bladworth Angus, director of the city of Montreal to James Rosamond to accept 200 shares of $100 each in capital stock from the Rosamond Woolen Company that are to be transfered to John Turnbull. 2013.57.36 Transcription Know all men by these presents That I Richard Bladworth Anges Director of the city of montreal hereby nominate constitute and appoint , and by these presents have nominated constituted and appointed James Rosamond Esq. Secretary of Almonte True and lawful attorney for me in my name and on my behalf to accept two hundred shares of one hundred dollars each in the Capital Stock of the Rosamond Woolen Company of Almonte and thereafter to transfer two hundred shares of the said stock of one hundred dollars each to John Turnbull Esq. Financial agent of the City of Montreal, and to do all lawful acts which may be necessary for effecting the premises hereof hereby ratifying and confirming and agreeing to ratify and confirm all that my said attorney shall do by virtue hereof.
