Know all men by these presents that I william Rosamond of the city of Toronto Province of Ontario
Do make, constitue and appoint James Rosamond of the Town of Almonte [several words are scratched out ] my true and lawful [word crossed out] Attorney for me and in my name and on my behalf, to sell, assign, and transfer to Bennet Rosamond --- Ten shares of the Capital Stock of the Rosamond Woolen Co ---- standing in my name to recieve the consideration money and to give a receipt or reciepts for the same, and genrally to do all lawful acts requisite for effecting the promises : hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said Attorneys or Attorney shall do therein by virtue hereof.
In witness whereof I have herento set my hand and seal at toronto Aforsaid this sixth day of January in the year of our Loard one thousand nine hundred and two.
