[abbreviation of Honorable] Donald A. Smith, M.P. of Montreal Two hundred and fifty shares (of $ 100 each) of the Capital stock of the Rosamond Woolen Co, and Il do all lawful acts requisite for effecting the promise, hereby satisfying confirming all that he my said attorney shall do therein, by virtue hereof.
