Almonte Ont Dear Ser I beg to enclose herewith stock certificate No 20 for 10 shares in the name of Frances Stephen and a power of Attorney has been made on the back of the certificate appointing you attorney to transfer these shares to Lord Mount Stephen . Will you please to do these and at the same time, with the P /a jum [word unknown] Lord Monnet Stephen, which I enclose, accept these shares his behalf , and send me a ~ words on scan obscured finish with paper copy! [side b , good copy] Know all men by these presents, that I Lord Mount Stephen , Herein acting and represented by John turnbull of Montreal, my truly Constituted attorney with full power of substitution, Do hereby nominate consitute and appooint James Rosamond, Junior Esq. of Almonte true and lawful attorney for me in my name and on my behalf to accept two shares of hte Capital stock of the Rosamond Woolen Company of Amonte Ont transfered to me, and to do all lawful acts which may be necessary for effecting the promises. Thereby ratefying and confirming and agreeing to ratify and onfirm all that may said attorney shall do therein by virtue hereof.
