Power of attorney to transfer stock from Joseph Henderson to appoint Bennet Rosamond of accept all such transfers of interest or share in the capital or joint stock of the Rosamond Woolen Company. Transcription Rosamond Woollen Company [BANK OF TORONTO, has been crossed out] POWER OF ATTORNEY TO ACCEPT STOCK. Know all men by these presents , that I Joseph Standerson, Manager in trust of the Town of Cobourg in the County of Northumberland, do make, constitute and appoint Bennet Rosamond of the Town of Almonte my true and lawful Attorney , for me, in my name and on my behalf , to accept all such transfers as are or may hereafter be made unto me of any Intrst or Share in the Capital or Joint Stock of the Rosamond Woollen Company [Bank of Toronto, has been crossed out] and generally to do all lawful acts requisite for effecting the promises ; hereby ratifying and confirming all tht my said attorney shall do therein by virtue thereof.
