Know all men by these presents, that J John Turnbull Book keeper of Montreal Do make, constitute and appoint Bennet Rosamond Esq Manufacturer of Almonte Ont true and Lawful Attorney for me in my name and on my behalf to sell assign and transfer ten shares in the Capital Stock of the Rosamond Woolen Coy standing in my name of and to do all lawful acts requisite for effecting the premises : hereby ratifying and confirming all that he my said Attorney shall do therein by virtue hereof.
