Know all men by these presents that I, William Rosamond, of the Town of Cobourg do make constitute and appoint Bennett Rosamond Esq. Of Almonte Ontario my true and lawful Attorney , for he, in my name, and on my behalf to transfer three Hundred + fifty shares in the Capital Stock of the Rosamond Woolen Co Standing in my name and to do all lawful acts requisite for effecting the premises ; hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney shall do witherein by virtue thereof.
